FRANKLIN, Ind. – The city of Franklin has been awarded $200,000 for COVID-19 relief from the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs State Community Development Block Grant Program.
The Franklin Development Corporation also contributed $50,000 towards the endowment.
The funds will be distributed to 36 small businesses to serve as a gap funding program to the federally funded small business relief programs.
