COLUMBUS, Ind. – When the new year started with a major winter storm in early January, many south-central Indiana schools were closed to students.
Even though most corporations have adopted alternative learning methods to limit the number of make-up days, many school districts have had to change their schedules for the upcoming President’s Day holiday to honor American Presidents on Monday, February 17.
In Columbus, the Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation did not list Monday as a possible make-up day and students will attend classes as usual.
