FRANKLIN, Ind. – The Franklin College Alumni Council has welcomed five new members. Each began a three-year term on July 1.
The Council meets four times annually to discuss future alumni programs and policies on the campus. One of its representatives also serves on the Franklin College Board of Trustees.
Its current goals are to support and promote the role of Franklin College in higher education by encouraging and coordinating activities of the alumni; engage alumni in the life of the college; and encourage lifelong connections between the alumni and students of Franklin College.
The newly elected members include:
Brad Bolinger, a 1994 graduate of the college, resides in Warsaw. He owns The Daltons, Inc.
Amy (Moulder) Griman, a 1992 Franklin College grad, resides in Glen Ellyn, Ill. She is the Global President of BMO Family Office, BMO Wealth Management.
Rachel (Peden) McCarty, a 1995 graduate, resides in Bloomington. She is an Education and Outreach Coordinator at Monroe County Farm Bureau, Inc.
Danny Olson, a 2016 Franklin College grad, resides in Columbus, Ind. He is an Aftermarket Demand Planning Manager at Cummins, Inc.
Yuri Smith, a 2006 graduate of the college, resides in Indianapolis. Smith is the owner of Indy Inner-City Chess.
