COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Columbus Police Department (CPD) has announced three recent promotions in the Uniform Patrol Division.
Officer Brian Voyles was recently promoted to the rank of Sergeant. Sgt. Voyles is a 10-year veteran of the CPD. He serves as an emergency driving and defensive tactics instructor, as well as a field training officer supervisor, and is a member of the police Honor Guard.
Officer Chad Moore was recently advanced to the rank of Sergeant. Sgt. Moore is a nine-year CPD veteran. He was previously a narcotics officer and served four years in the U.S. Marine Corps as an intelligence officer.
Sgt. Alyson Eichel was recently promoted to the rank of Lieutenant. Lt. Eichel is a 10-year veteran of the department and is a co-coordinator for the Bartholomew County Crisis Intervention Team and also a member of the Hostage Negotiations Team.
