NORTH VERNON, Ind. – Jenning’s County Sheriff Kenny Freeman’s daughter Corey was seriously injured in a car accident on Thursday, and the sheriff wants to convey his appreciation for the support his family has received.
In a Facebook post, Sheriff Freeman said, “Dear Jennings County Citizens, I can’t express the amount of gratitude that Corey and our family want to give to you as a community. We are so happy we live here where there is so much faith, hope, and love. We have received so many messages and phone calls in support and prayers, it is hard to answer them all individually. Let this letter serve as a hug and our appreciation. Keep up the prayers and God bless you. Hunt the good stuff. We love you all. Thank you, Kenny.”
In the crash, Corey Freeman was seriously hurt and had to be extricated from her car before being flown to an Indianapolis hospital. Local News Digital has not been updated on her condition.
