BARGERSVILLE, Ind. – On Wednesday evening, the Bargersville Police Department (BPD) conducted a traffic stop on Old Plank Road. An investigation during the traffic stop resulted in a search of the vehicle.
During the search, officers allegedly discovered large amounts of raw marijuana, various THC-related products, narcotic pills, paraphernalia, and a firearm.
BPD arrested a local 18-year-old male on charges of possession and dealing in marijuana and controlled substances. The unidentified Bargersville man was taken to the Johnson County Jail.
Chief Todd Bertram and Assistant Chief Justin Griggs commended the patrol officers for getting a large amount of drugs off the streets of Bargersville and the community.
