COLUMBUS, Ind. – Four Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation (BCSC) educators have been selected for the prestigious Indiana Educator Fellowship for Creative Teaching.
The fellowship, a partnership between the Indiana Arts Commission and the Indiana Department of Education, celebrates and supports educators as they expand their classroom teaching through creativity-centered innovation.
Each educator embodies the creative spirit of teaching, bringing student-centered strategies to the classroom that make learning engaging and memorable. They will receive immersive training, funding, and access to a community of experts to further develop creative teaching methods through arts integration.
The BCSC educators selected for the fellowship are:

Amber Sims, 7th Grade Mathematics and Pre-Algebra Teacher, Central Middle School
