COLUMBUS, Ind. – Columbus Regional Health (CRH) has announced the moving of several more practices and services to NexusPark. CRH at NexusPark officially opened in late January with more than 15 provider practices and services slated to relocate to the new facility by the end of April 2024.
Patients of these provider practices have received specific information for visiting the new office location and will receive reminders for any upcoming appointments taking place at the new location.

The following practices have already moved or will soon relocate to NexusPark, located at 2100 25th Street in Columbus:
- Columbus Regional Health Audiology, Speech and Driving Rehabilitation, Suite L, (now open)
- Family and Internal Medicine, Suite C (now open)
- Neurology and Sleep Sciences, Suite F (opening April 9)
