NORTH VERNON, Ind. — The music of Hollywood is scheduled for North Vernon in a big way next month.
Park Theatre Productions and Oakridge Studios are producing “Hollywood A Musical Revue,” a live show spotlighting local talent performing songs from some of the most popular blockbusters of all time, will be presented at the Park Theatre Civic Centre on Friday, March 1, at 7 p.m., and Sunday, March 3, at 3 p.m.
A talented cast of over 50 adults, teenagers, and kids will perform tunes from such classic films as “West Side Story,” “Mary Poppins,” “Grease,” “9 to 5,” “The Blues Brothers,” “Back to the Future,” “School of Rock,” and more.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children (12 and under) and may be purchased in advance at the Park Theatre box office, 25 N. Madison Ave., North Vernon. Only cash and checks are accepted.
The box office is open from 2 to 5 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays. If tickets are still available, they will also be sold at the door before each show.
