FRANKLIN, Ind. – The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) was notified Thursday morning that Jacob Pascal Harville, 35, of Franklin, who was shot on Monday, February 5, has died as a result of his injuries.
Sheriff Duane Burgess said the information his office received was that Harville died on Wednesday, February 7.
Detectives with JCSO have updated the original charge of Attempted Murder to Murder. The suspect, Alicia Marie Haupt, 33, of Franklin, now has no bond.
A probable cause affidavit has been submitted to the Johnson County Prosecutors Office for formal charges. The new charges were for Murder, Conversion, and Pointing a Firearm. All are Felonies.
