SEYMOUR, Ind. – Seymour-based JCBank celebrated the opening of its newest banking center with a public ribbon cutting last week. The Wednesday, January 31, event welcomed Greensburg Mayor Joshua and other Decatur County and Greensburg dignitaries, along with JCBank staff and customers.
The 4,200 square-foot, state-of-the-art branch at 1035 N. Lincoln St., officially opened on December 18, 2023, and is the first JCBank banking center in Decatur County.
Marvin Veatch, JCBank President and CEO said, “Our commitment to the Decatur County community began in 2007 when we partnered with the city to support the development of the new airport runway project.” He added, “Our relationships with this community have continued to grow and we remain committed to Decatur County, not only to provide a full suite of banking, investment, and trust services, but to be an involved partner, supporting several organizations and causes such as the YMCA, Community Foundation, and United Fund.”
The full-service financial institution features locally delivered personal banking, commercial and mortgage lending, as well as wealth management, brokerage, and trust services. It is the 13th banking center in JCBank’s seven-county Indiana footprint, with locations in Seymour, Columbus, Bloomington, Bedford, Brownstown, North Vernon, and Greenwood.
