COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Council for Youth Development Bartholomew County will hold its February open meeting on Wednesday, February 7, from 10:30 a.m. to noon in the Lecture Hall at Columbus Learning Center.
These gatherings are accessible to all community members interested in enhancing the well-being of youth and their families in Bartholomew County. Attendees will receive updates on CYD’s key initiatives, funding news, and reports from the CYD Workgroups (Youth Empowerment, Professional Development, and Family Engagement).
Participants will also have the opportunity to share new projects or resources from their organizations and engage in discussions regarding ongoing community efforts focused on youth and families.
The meeting will feature guest speakers Lana Brown (Associate Director of Quality Initiatives, Indiana After School Network), Cassie Davidson (Director of Prevention, Turning Point Domestic Violence Services), and Tim Green (Columbus Center Case Management Specialist, Indiana Youth Group).
