COLUMBUS, Ind. – Columbus Regional Health (CRH) has announced the first phase of the relocation process for those practices and services moving into the health system’s dedicated space in NexusPark.
In this first phase, OB/GYN Associates will relocate to NexusPark and open to patients on Monday, October 23.
The new address at the NexusPark facility is 2114 25th St., in Columbus. Patients should use Entrance 4, located on the northwest side of the NexusPark complex.
In the new space, the OB/GYN Associates team is comprised of the same providers including:
- Brenden Barker, MD
- Kyra Betts, CNM
- Degaulle Haile, MD
- Alison Ortman, NP
- Jennifer Thomas, DO
- Amy Patterson, NP
- Brian Williams, MD
NexusPark will feature several other medical offices and support services such as laboratory services, physical and occupational therapy, and WellConnect. The relocation process of these practices and services will continue in phases through the first quarter of 2024.
NexusPark, including the CRH space and the surrounding campus, remains an active construction site. Visitors should adhere to signage and wayfinding instructions when entering the facility.
