BROWNSTOWN, Ind. – The 2023 Jackson County Fair got underway Sunday evening in Brownstown and continues today, Monday, July 24, through this Saturday, July 29.
One of the initial events was choosing the Jackson County Fair Queen Court on Sunday evening. Morgan Branaman was selected as the 2023 Jackson County Fair Queen and named Miss Congeniality. The first Runner Up was Carly Kaiser, and the second Runner Up went to Rebecca Lucas.
The midway, with Poor Jack’s Amusements, opens today at 6 p.m. with unlimited rides for $25. The feature in the grandstand on Monday is a rodeo presented by the Great Plains Rodeo Company from 7 to 10 p.m.
