DEARBORN COUNTY – A Sunman man has died as the result of a single-vehicle crash on I-74 in northeast Dearborn County early Saturday morning.
According to law enforcement, shortly before 2 a.m., a car driven by Justin Horton, 29, was eastbound on I-74 near the 166-mile marker, near the Ohio state line. For an unknown reason, the man lost control of his vehicle and entered the median. His car then went into the westbound lanes of I-74 and rolled multiple times before he was ejected.
Despite life-saving measures from witnesses and first responders, Horton was pronounced dead at the scene.
