GREENWOOD, Ind. – The City of Greenwood is hosting its annual Halloween trick-or-treat event, Monster Mash, on Friday, Oct. 21, and the third annual Halloween Parade in downtown Greenwood on Saturday, Oct. 29.
Monster Mash will take place along Craig Park’s Play Pocket Trail at 6 p.m. Costumed attendees will enjoy music, hayrides, bounce houses, and visit vendors along the trick-or-treat trail. General admission is free and parking is available at the corner of Meridian Street and Surina Way. Monster Mash VIP tickets are still available for $5, which allows for early access from 4:30 to 6 p.m. and includes one hot dog dinner per ticket.
The third annual Halloween Parade will begin at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 29. Residents and visitors are encouraged to wear costumes and line the parade route for even more trick-or-treating. You can view the Halloween parade route here.
Greenwood Parks and Recreation is also closing out its first-ever free Fall Concert Series. The final show of the season will take place at the Greenwood Amphitheater this Saturday, October 15.
