NORTH VERNON, Ind. – The Jennings County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) announced last Friday that Indiana Sheriffs’ Association (ISA) Scholarships were awarded to two students in Jennings County.
Jennings County Sheriff Kenny Freeman said, “I would like to personally congratulate Jaydan Vanosdol and Victoria (Tori) Lee for their selection from the Indiana Sheriffs’ Association Scholarship Committee. They each won a $750 academic scholarship.” JCSO says it is Jaydan’s second time being selected by the Indiana Sheriffs’ Association.
ISA only gives out a total of 40 scholarships each year in the 92 counties in the state. So, for Jennings County kids to receive two of the 40, it is very special.
