HOPE, Ind. – The Indiana Sheriffs’ Association (ISA) Scholarship Committee recently selected 40 individuals throughout the state to be awarded $750 for the next academic year. Hauser High School graduate, Samuel Miller, was presented the scholarship certificate by Bartholomew County Sheriff Matt Myers, Chief Deputy Chris Lane, and Flat Rock-Hawcreek School Resource Officer Jessica Pendleton at Hauser High School.
ISA provides college scholarships to qualified students who are committed to pursuing an education and career in the field of Criminal Justice.
Miller will be attending Trine University with his field of major in Criminal Justice. He wishes to pursue Law Enforcement with the Indiana Department of Natural Resources.
