COLUMBUS, Ind. – A community mass vaccination clinic for all ages is scheduled for this Saturday, January 15, at Columbus North High School Cafeteria, from 9 to 11 a.m.
Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are preferred. Go to patients.vaxcare.com/registration to schedule your appointment, type in the enrollment code (IN65942), and then select “Columbus North – 1/15” as the site.
All CDC-recommended vaccinations, including COVID-19, shingles, and flu, are available, including COVID boosters. All forms of insurance will be accepted (commercial, Medicare, Medicaid). There is no cost to those without insurance, except for the shingles vaccine, where there is often a co-pay with Medicare.
The Columbus/Bartholomew County COVID-19 Community Task Force says you can download a flyer about the event here. To refuse a specific vaccine, contact the Indiana Immunization Coalition at least 48 hours in advance by calling 317-628-7116 or emailing clinic@vaccinateindiana.org.
