WHITELAND, Ind. – The Clark-Pleasant School Board approved two new board members at its regularly scheduled Tuesday night meeting.
Kimberly Crawford, an attorney and engineer at Rolls-Royce, and Kent Beeson, owner of Beeson Mechanical, were selected from applicants for the two open positions.
Crawford, with degrees from Indiana and Purdue Universities, has two children who attend Clark-Pleasant Schools. She fills the open seat in Pleasant Township. Beeson, a Whiteland High School graduate and former Whiteland Town Council President, has three students in the district and will represent Clark Township.
The two new electees will serve out the current terms of board members who recently resigned.
