COLUMBUS, Ind. – Columbus Regional Health (CRH) has announced that Dr. Samantha Mayhew is now a part of the CRH family. She has joined the MyCare Family Med team and is accepting new patients.
Samantha Mayhew, MD, is a native Hoosier, originally from Delphi. She attended Indiana University where she earned her degree in chemistry. She then graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed her Family Medicine Residency at the University of Wisconsin.
