FRANKLIN, Ind. – The Johnson County Fair is ready to get underway this Sunday, July 18.
Sunday is Family Night and events include the 2021 Miss Johnson County Fair Queen Contest, a watermelon seed spitting contest, the Jurassic Kingdom Dinosaur Show, a demolition derby, and much more. The midway will officially open at 5 p.m.
The fair is returning for the first time since 2019 after it was canceled last summer due to COVID-19. Events will take place throughout the week and the Johnson County Fair officially comes to a close on Saturday, July 24.
