INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana Historical Society (IHS) Heritage Support Grants (HSG) program will soon award 2021 Project Grant funds to local historical organizations.
The Bartholomew County Historical Society will receive $4,999 for renovations to the McEwen-Samuels-Marr House. The restorations will help ensure that the building and collections housed within are protected.
“Since 2016, organizations have used HSG funds to increase responsiveness to community needs, effectively manage community treasures, and tell their community’s unique stories,” said IHS President/CEO Jody Blankenship.
