COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Bartholomew County Public Library (BCPL) will start its Grab-and-Go service on June 15, at both the Columbus and Hope branches.
Patrons will be welcomed back into the buildings for browsing and reference questions. Visitors can also scan and print, purchase books from the library book sale, and use public computers with a one-hour limit. For those wishing to stay in their car, the drive-up service continues.
All library personnel will be masked, and social distancing for everyone will be encouraged.
In the next few weeks, BCPL says it is hoping to lift other restrictions such as seating and lounging in the buildings, opening public restrooms, and the availability of some of the meeting rooms.
