NORTH VERNON, Ind. – The Jennings County Sheriff’s Office launched a new responsive website on Monday where residents can find the latest happenings regarding the operations of the sheriff’s department. The new site serves as an information resource for the public and assists with community policing efforts. Visitors may access it from any device with easy navigation.
The new website, https://www.JenningsSheriff.org, features press releases, messages from Sheriff Kenny Freeman, a link to submit crime tips via email, most wanted listings, locations of area sex offenders, and much more.
“Our goal is to provide transparency between our office and the public. We want the public to understand how this office serves the community, residents, and visitors. We want our community members to have the information they need, when they need it,” said Sheriff Freeman.
