INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) is inviting public comments through July 5 on Duke Energy’s pending rate request.
A public field hearing on the matter, hosted by the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC), is set for June 4 in Terre Haute. Additional field hearings in Bloomington, Fishers, and New Albany will be scheduled soon.
The OUCC, the state agency representing consumer interests in cases before the IURC, is reviewing Duke Energy’s proposal using its technical and legal resources. Formal testimony from the OUCC is due July 11.

All written comments must be received no later than Friday, July 5, so they can be considered for testimony and filed with the IURC to be included in the case’s formal evidentiary record.
