INDIANAPOLIS – Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation (BCSC) Superintendent Dr. Jim Roberts was recognized for his commitment to volunteerism this week.
The Indiana Chamber of Commerce named Dr. Roberts as a 2023 Samuel C. Schlosser Volunteer of the Year during a luncheon downtown presented by Cummins.
“Roberts brings his passion for mental health to the Wellness Council of Indiana (WCI), a subsidiary of the Indiana Chamber. He’s served on its board of advisors for more than a decade,” an entry by the chamber read. “He weaves wellness into daily life for employees and students alike at BCSC. Roberts has served as a presenter at the annual WCI Wellness Summit that brings together Hoosier health professionals offering best practices to enhance well-being for Indiana’s workplaces and communities.”
