  1. You may only win once every 30 days on each station.
  2. One winner per household, per contest. Please bring a picture ID and pick up your prize at 825 Washington St. within 3 weeks.
  3. After 3 weeks the prize again becomes the property of QMIX, KORN Country and MOJO.
  4. You are responsible for any taxes.
  5. Employees of QMIX/KORN Country/MOJO, their families, and employees of other stations are NOT eligible for any QMIX/KORN Country/MOJO contest.
  6. Employees of businesses sponsoring a particular promotion are not eligible for that specific contest.
  7. All incoming calls to the QMIX/KORN Country/MOJO are recorded for possible re-broadcast.
  8. Other restrictions may apply.
  9. All decisions of station management are final.
